The drying is performed by large diameter rolls heated by diathermic oil to temperatures that can reach up to 250°C.
This type of machine is used particularly by shoe manufacturers to laminate bulky products (felt, wool, etc.) where a large quantity of adhesive is required.
The resin or latex coating is required to make the fabric waterproof.
The sizes of the plant depend on the speed of production required and the width of the product to be coated.
