Smoothing machine on the line

Machine used to smooth, engrave and laminate various products, from traditional fabrics to technical products (PE, PU, PVC, etc.).
Embossing is performed by heating the material with rolls heated by diathermic oil and an infrared oven or an oven with catalytic panels (run on propane or methane gas). The material is subsequently pressed between an engraved roll (cooled) and a counter roll (rubber coated for fabrics, chromium-plated for expanded materials).
The machine is complete with cooling plant and power case for heating the diathermic oil. 
The sizes of the rolls depend on the width of the plant and the product to be embossed.
