Drop folder machine

The drop folder machine is used on the production line to collect thin and very flexible materials, whether they have been machined or are to be machined, thus avoiding stoppages in the work for reel changes.
The fold of the product depends on the speed at which the material is inserted and the speed of the set down belt, both of which are adjustable.
The sizes of the drop folder machine vary according to the required number of metres of material accumulated and the density of the material to be folded.
The machine is self-centring and at the outlet it is fitted with a tracer point (load cell or dancing arm) to adjust the extraction speed.
