Calibration calenders with two or three rolls with pneumatic or hydraulic opening systems. Individual drive for each roll or combined.
The machine is used to calibrate the extruded material; adjustments are made thanks to a wedge system that is regulated manually or electro-mechanically. 
The chromium-plated rolls are cooled with a liner and internal spiral.
The width and diameter of the rolls depend on the thickness and the width of the extruder head. 
The unit is equipped with an electro-mechanical movement system on rails.
