The coating takes place with the system in the so-called ARIA, with the possibility of multi-line coating. The drying is performed by large diameter cylinder, heated with diathermic oil at temperatures that can reach 250 ° C. This type of machine is used especially in the footwear industry for the laminating of compact products (felts, wools, etc.) that require a high amount of adhesive. Both the resin coating and the latex coating are used to make the fabric water-proof.
The dimensions of the system are related to the desired speed of production and to the width of the product to be coated.
